The client portal got a top-to-bottom redesign — cleaner navigation, sharper typography, and a dedicated Invoice page so clients can find what they owe without hunting. Payment-link copy is also clearer about what each link is actually for.
Workflows can now move folders, upload files into them, and create tasks — all from the automation builder, no manual handoff. Contracts also got reusable templates, so onboarding a new client is a couple of clicks instead of a fresh document each time. And clients who'd rather skip a password can now sign in via magic link.
A new Task-Template action drops a pre-built checklist onto any board the moment a trigger fires — no more rebuilding the same onboarding list for every client. The left sidebar got a refresh that cuts clicks between client workspaces. Productized Services also went live — checkout, automation, and first client message all wired up in a single flow you configure once.
Mollie and Razorpay are now first-class payment providers alongside Stripe — connect either from Settings → Payment Gateways. Recurring invoices generate, send, and reconcile on schedule, so retainers and subscriptions stop being a calendar reminder.
Chat and live updates are noticeably steadier — fewer dropped messages, cleaner reconnects after a network hiccup, and presence indicators that stay accurate across teams. The meeting flow also got a round of polish.
