FILES & APPROVALS

Share, review, sign off, on the same page.

Click-to-comment review on designs, PDFs, and video. Locked approvals so a finished deliverable stays finished. The audit trail clients ask for at QBR is just there.

01 / Click-to-comment

Feedback on the exact thing.

Clients click a region of a design, a page in a PDF, a frame in a video, or a paragraph in a doc and leave a comment right there. Each pin gets a thread you can reply to and resolve. No more "the thing on the left looks weird."

02 / Pixel-perfect, page-perfect

Works on what you ship.

Drop in image files, multi-page PDFs, video clips, or even live web pages. Clients annotate where it matters, a region of an image, a specific page in a PDF, a moment in a video, or a section of a webpage.

03 / Approval as a record

A clean dated sign-off.

When a client approves a deliverable, the approval is logged with their name and a timestamp. You have a clean record of who said yes and when, useful for scope conversations and QBRs.

◆ FAQS

Honest answers to common questions.

What kinds of files can clients leave feedback on?+

Images, PDFs, video, and web URLs (Almox snapshots the URL). For docs, clients can comment inline on any text passage.

What kinds of comments can clients leave?+

Pinned comments tied to a specific spot, plus general comments not pinned to anything. Each pin gets a thread you can reply to and resolve. Resolved comments stay visible as part of the history but the active discussion is closed.

What does an approval look like on my end?+

When a client approves, you see the project flip to an approved state with their name and a timestamp. Use that as your sign-off record, it's clean and dated.

Do clients need an account to leave feedback?+

If they have a portal account, feedback shows up in their portal. If not, you can share a link they open without signing in.
