Almox provides a client portal platform designed for agencies to manage their client relationships, including but not limited to project management, file sharing, messaging, invoicing, and AI-powered insights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use our Services to:

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase as described in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, cloud storage, etc.). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALMOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Almox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You may request a copy of Your Content within 30 days
• We may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
