Each client lands on a portal at your domain, projects, files, messages, invoices, all in one place. Almox doesn't sign its name on any of it.
Pick your subdomain, point a CNAME at it, and clients land on portal.yourbrand.com. Login pages, email notifications, and exported PDFs all carry your brand, your clients don't see the word Almox unless they go looking.
Clients can sign in by email link without managing yet another password. They enter their email at your portal, get a single-use link, and they're in. Useful for clients who sign in occasionally and don't want a separate account to maintain.
Sharing is opt-in. Clients only see content you've explicitly shared with them, boards, docs, chats, files, invoices. Other clients are invisible. Internal team chats and your settings stay where they belong.
If you've connected a custom domain, no, login pages, emails, and PDFs all live under your brand. Without a custom domain, your portal lives at yourname.almox.ai and the URL gives it away.
Not necessarily. For one-off interactions (paying an invoice, signing a contract, filling a form), clients can act on a direct link without an account. For ongoing relationships, you invite them to a portal account so they have a place to come back to.
No. Each client sees only the content you've explicitly shared with them. There's no "all clients" view, no shared directory, no leakage between portals.
Yes, disconnect the current one in Settings, wait for records to clear, and connect the new one. Allow some time for DNS propagation when you switch.
Real-time chat with clients, inside the portal you just built.
Share, review, and lock approvals on the same domain.
