EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) from the date of purchase for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
However, by accessing or using Almox immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download, activation, or use of the service begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

- 2Include your order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt from Paddle)
- 3We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

Technical Problems
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement of the product or a refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle. Please contact us at support@almox.ai if you experience any technical issues.
Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase
- Unused portions of subscription periods after the initial 30-day window
- Orders paid via wire transfer (not protected under the Consumer Credit Act)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior
- Subscription renewals after the first billing period (cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data will be preserved for 30 days in case you decide to return
- You can resubscribe anytime without losing your data (within 30 days)
