Client direct sign up

Almox doesn't have a generic "anyone can sign up to your portal" page, you bring clients on by invitation, which is the right default for an agency (you decide who has access, not the public).

That said, two patterns let clients onboard themselves without you sending each invite by hand.

When a client purchases a service through your Store or a Payment Link, they enter their email at checkout. Almox can automatically create a client account for them and send the portal invitation as part of the checkout flow.

This is the closest thing to true self sign-up. The "gate" is the purchase, anyone who pays for one of your services becomes a portal client.

Through a Form intake

You can publish a Form on your website that lets prospects submit project inquiries. When someone submits, the response lands in your workspace and an Automation can react, sending you a notification, creating a triage task, or @mentioning the right person on your team.

What an automation can't do today is create a client account directly from a form submission, Almox's automation actions don't include client creation. So a form intake is a triage step, not auto-onboarding. After you review the response, you invite them as a client manually if it's the right fit.

For most agencies this is what you want anyway, vetting inquiries before granting portal access, but it's worth being clear about the difference.

When neither fits

If you want a true open-registration page (anyone can sign up, no gate at all), Almox doesn't have one built in. The closest pattern is a Form on your website that you triage by hand. For most agencies, this is the right level of friction, you don't actually want strangers in your portal.
