Checkout setup
Almox doesn't move money itself, you connect a payment provider, and money flows directly from your client to your provider account. To start collecting payments, connect at least one provider.
Picking a provider

You can connect more than one, useful if you have clients in different regions. When you create an invoice or payment link, you pick which provider it uses.
Connecting Stripe

Sign in to your Stripe dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com.

Go to Developers > API Keys and copy your Publishable key and Secret key. Use test mode keys first if you want to verify the flow without real money.

In Almox, navigate to Settings > Checkout, click Connect on the Stripe card, and paste both keys.

Click Save. Almox verifies the keys and switches the card to Connected.
The first time you create an invoice, Stripe will be available as a payment processor.
Connecting Razorpay

Sign in to your Razorpay dashboard.

Go to Settings > API Keys and generate a new pair of keys. Copy the Key Id and Key Secret.

In Almox, navigate to Settings > Checkout, click Connect on the Razorpay card, and paste both.

Click Save.
Connecting Mollie

Sign in to your Mollie dashboard.

Go to Developers > API Keys and copy your Live API key (or the Test API key if you want to verify first).

In Almox, navigate to Settings > Checkout, click Connect on the Mollie card, and paste the key.

Click Save.
Test mode
All three providers support test mode, keys that look the same as live keys but don't move real money. Use test mode to verify your invoice/payment-link/Store flows end-to-end before going live.
To switch from test to live, replace the test keys with live keys in Settings > Checkout. Existing invoices that were paid with test cards won't transfer over, they're separate records.

Frequently asked questions
Will Almox take a cut of my payments? No. Your provider charges its standard fees (Stripe ~2.9% + 30c, etc.); Almox doesn't take a cut on top.
Can I use a provider that's not on this list? Not directly today. Most agencies cover their needs with Stripe + Razorpay/Mollie + manual payments for everything else. If your situation is unusual, contact us.
