In-app

The fastest path is the support button at the bottom-right of your workspace. Messages there land directly with our team and we typically reply within a business day. Include screenshots if the issue is visual.

For account or billing questions, email support@almox.ai. For partnerships or business inquiries, hello@almox.ai.

Bug reports

Reporting a bug is most useful when you tell us:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Whether it's reproducible (every time, or once?)

A short Loom or screen recording is gold for hard-to-describe issues.

Feature requests

We read every feature request. The ones we prioritize are usually requested by multiple agencies, so don't be shy about telling us what's missing. If you're describing something specific to your workflow, include the why (what problem it would solve) along with the what.

Security issues

If you think you've found a security vulnerability, please email security@almox.ai privately rather than reporting in public channels. We'll get back to you quickly.

Office hours and demos

If you're getting started and want a guided walkthrough, request a demo via almox.ai. We can also do focused calls for migrating from another tool, setting up automations, or designing your portal experience.
