Almox has a few plan tiers. The right one depends on team size, client volume, and which features you need.
Where to see plan details
Pricing and feature breakdowns live at almox.ai/pricing, that's the source of truth for what each plan includes and costs. This guide doesn't repeat exact numbers because they change; the pricing page always reflects what's current.
What changes between plans
In broad strokes:
- Free / Starter: small team, single workspace, core features (chats, boards, docs, invoicing). Caps on clients, file storage, and AI Manager usage.
- Mid-tier: bigger team, more clients, custom domain and SMTP, automations, full AI Manager.
- Top tier: unlimited team, white-label, dedicated support, BYOK AI without limits, advanced features.
If you're unsure which fits, the upgrade prompt in Settings > Billing shows you exactly what changes when you upgrade.
Managing your plan
Settings > Billing is where you see your current plan, change it, update payment method, or download invoices for your Almox subscription itself.
Note that this Settings > Billing is for your Almox subscription, what you pay us. Your clients' billing (the Billing tab in your left sidebar) is the invoices and subscriptions you send to them. Two distinct things on similar names.
Annual vs. monthly
Annual billing is usually discounted vs. monthly, the discount is shown on the pricing page and at checkout. You can switch between annual and monthly at any time from Settings > Billing.
Downgrading or canceling
You can downgrade or cancel from Settings > Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period (you keep what you paid for). On cancellation, your data is preserved for a grace period in case you change your mind, then archived.
Canceling Almox doesn't affect your clients' data on your side or theirs, exports are available before cancellation completes.
