Customization and setup

Your workspace and portal both pick up your branding so that everything your clients see looks like it belongs to you, not to Almox. You set this up once in Settings and it propagates everywhere, the portal, invoices, contracts, and email notifications.

Branding

Navigate to Settings > Branding to upload your logo and pick your colors. The logo appears in the portal header, on invoices and contracts, and in emails sent to your clients. Square logos work best for the favicon and avatar.

For colors, you can set an accent color used for buttons and highlights, plus a sidebar color and background. The cleanest results come from picking one strong accent and letting the rest stay neutral, you don't need to color every surface.

Theme

Settings > Theme controls fonts and the overall density of the portal. Pick the font that matches your existing brand if you have one. The fonts available cover most common brand styles, from system sans-serifs to more distinctive cuts.

Client portal settings

Settings > Client Portal controls what your clients see when they sign in. You can:

  • Upload a banner image for the client home page
  • Toggle the Jump back in, Upcoming, and Recent activity sections
  • Choose which actions appear as quick links, Billing, Forms, Contracts, Feedback

Most agencies set this once and don't revisit it, but it's worth previewing the client home with Test run to confirm it gives your clients the right first impression.
